Who we are

I  am Hanna Prinsloo, founder of Stratsource. Higher level search is my passion.

With 20 years’ experience, and 11 years focusing on senior and executive roles in the mining, metals and heavy engineering space, I and my teams have always worked hard at providing exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Sadly, I have also observed how the commoditisation of the recruitment industry has harmed the very people it serves. I saw the damage done to the careers of great leaders – current and future – because of poor hiring practices, and realised I was part of that flawed system. So, working closely with some of the top thought leaders in the industry, I have spent the last few years designing our seven-step system that is revolutionising recruitment in the industry we serve.

At Stratsource we are industry focused but discipline independent: through our 7 step Top Talent System we recruit the top talent across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, SHEQ, Legal and CoSec, HR & HRD, Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations and the myriad other functions that make up a mining company.

With an enhanced understanding of the interdependencies between the various departments and functions we work with a strategic view rather than just matching an isolated skillset.
