Northern Cape based role with a market leader and true employer of choice.

A critical role to the success of the operation, the role will suit a seasoned leader with depth of experience in production and strong people acumen to motivate and grow the team. Managing the whole value chain of mining operations, including drill & blast, hauling, production and contractors, the role will carry a legal appointment.

You will need 20+yrs exp in mining, with strong opencast mining exp at a complex/large operation (10-12Mt final product).

A degree in Mining Engineering and MMCC essential.

Must be a South African citizen.
