A Gauteng based opportunity with a top mining group for an LLB qualified candidate with solid experience in managing Mining Rights and Permitting to join in a senior level role.

The role will manage and administer the Permitting, Mineral and Property Rights portfolio for the group and carries a strong focus on compliance.

This is an E-lower level role and will manage a Mineral Rights Specialist. It will oversee the permitting system of the company, incl. process definitions and tools. It will identify and advise on potential risks related to mining and environmental rights and also be involved in overseeing the conveyancing process.

The role is reserved for a Souths African female or HDSA male candidate.
