Balancing strategic leadership to take this training organisation to their next growth phase and reposition them to add new technologies training, 4ir etc. in the mining and broader engineering space
….with operational management of the team
….strong general business acumen
….and extensive stakeholder involvement across the mining sector (statutory and government bodies, major mining houses)

You will need

• A relevant tersiary qualification (degree), and further leadership qualification such as MBA or similar will be a strong advantage
• Experience in Training and Development in the mining sector
• Proven strategic and operational leadership experience
