Unique opportunity for a GCC (M&W) qualified Engineer with solid experience (min 7 years, preferably more) holding full legal appointments (2.13.1 or 2.13.3.1) to join a smaller but very successful mine.

The role will suit someone who prefers stability, who enjoys working as part of a smaller team and having the opportunity to find innovative solutions to problems. Because this is not a big mine it really offers the opportunity to work with more flexibility as opposed to large corporate systems.

Previous experience at junior mining houses or expat work that requires adaptability would be better suited to the role, as opposed to having only worked for major mining houses.

The role is up in Limpopo, roughly 5 hours’ travel from Joburg. Housing is provided at the mine.

Exposure to winders and underground pumping, some opencast experience (HME/TMM) and solid process plant experience is necessary (pumps, screens, crushers,ball mills, conveyor belts, cyclones, thickeners and the like).
