An opportunity for a mature African male candidate to join an international mining company in this role, with the focus to improve the quality of life for the communities and various external stakeholders where the mine operates.

You will need proven experience and acumen in dealing with local government, municipalities, traditional council and chiefs, the community etc. Internally dealing with the various stakeholders and colleagues, you will be working on Local Economic Development projects aligned with the Social Labour Plan of the mine.

To qualify for this role:

• Relevant degree/ National Diploma
• At least 5-8 years or more specifically focused in a similar role in the mining sector
• Proven project management experience
• Excellent people skills
• Overall working experience of 20 years or more
• South African citizen, African male candidate

This role is based an hour outside of Pretoria East.
