Opportunity with an extremely dynamic mining group, listed locally and on the LSE for an experienced Legal Counsel to join the group.

To qualify you will need:

• LLB
• Admitted Attorney
• At least 15 years exp in a legal firm
• Strong drafting experience
• Extensive commercial experience with a focus on mining law (MPRDA), securitisation, M&A
• Knowledge of Zimbabwean mining law a big advantage
• Exp in negotiating international agreements
