A role that will oversee all the maintenance activities on the company’s Readymix plants across Gauteng. A great company to work for and a market leader in the cement industry in South Africa.

• A National Diploma Engineering – Mechanical Engineering preferred – and at least 10 years experience is essential.
• Solid experience in plant maintenance, specifically on Readymix plants, is essential.
• Good people management skills as the role will manage various artisans.

The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant and equipment availability through effective maintenance planning and execution.

An operational background – qualified artisan – will be advantageous.
