Overseeing a team of trainers – in-house and external – you will manage this function during a transition phase in the organisation.

Exciting strategic involvement, covering everything from the training centre to LMS implementation to leading change and overseeing data analysis and audits to ensure training is supporting the business excellently.

• Degree or NDip in HRD or related
• Solid experience overseeing this function in mining or heavy engineering environments
• Strong strategic ability coupled with operational acumen
